You are invited to this sacred space. No previous painting experience is necessary. Ages 12 and up are welcome. There will be a different art project offered each month, September through June. Dale Child, a retired art teacher, will be offering instruction. There is a $5 materials fee which covers all supplies (including snacks and drinks!). For planning purposes, it's helpful if you register ahead of time. Artists will learn/review basic perspective and architectural rendering to capture a skyline of their choice or a fantastical one from their imagination. Demos will be offered on various aspects of the composition. It would be helpful to come with a reference skyline in mind. The paintings will go on temporary display at the church.
